Nikon D70S

Hi all,

Can anyone suggest the best settings for the Nikon D70s for taking photos of steam? I am using a 70-200mm Lens and if possible some help in setting it up in excellent light and of course bad light and bad weather conditions.

Any help would be much appreciated.
